We deliver throughout South Africa. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
1. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Costs
- Orders over R2,000: FREE standard delivery
- Orders under R2,000: Flat rate of R150 for standard delivery
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
4. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with our courier partner and keep you informed. In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
