Refund and Returns Policy

At Sparlee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may return it subject to the conditions below, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (No. 68 of 2008).
1. Cooling-Off Period
In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you have the right to return goods purchased online within 7 days of receiving them, for any reason, without penalty. The goods must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with a photo of the item and your order number.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Skincare products that have been opened or used
- Serums and oils with broken seals
- Any product where the hygiene seal has been removed
Sealed, unused products in their original packaging may still be returned within the cooling-off period.
4. How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@sparlee.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us at the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
